Reactivation is a site specific videogame installation designed by Quinn Stephens, incorporating work from Soha Kareem and featuring music by Liz Ryerson. Modeled after point and click adventure games like MYST, Reinvention asks us about our obsession with purity in a world that falls apart as you interact with it.

Quinn Stephens is a Chicago native and certified space cadet. By day he develops mobile software, and by night he dabbles in a frequently shifting mix of visual, interactive, and/or narrative media. He loves to overanalyze things. See more at

Soha Kareem is a Co-Director of Dames Making Games in Toronto, Canada. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Film Studies & Philosophy, and a Masters of Arts in Film & Photographic Preservation. Her academic interests include interactive exhibitions in art institutions and how digital materiality and interfaces affect our reading of images. She has lectured about digital games and games culture at Brandeis University (Waltham, MA), OCAD University (Toronto, ON), York University (Toronto, ON), and Ryerson University (Toronto, ON).
