A new computer for Hume!

Help buy Hume a brand new* gallery computer and projector!

So, our trusty donated gallery computer finally bit the dust. Luckily, an organization we’re friends with is getting rid of one of their old Mac Desktops, and is willing to part with it on the cheap! A gallery computer is vital to the functioning of our space, and this one would be fast enough to run design programs (a major, major upgrade for both Hume and the artists we serve!)

At the same time, our dear friend (and former Community Game Night host) is moving out of town and has promised to sell us his projector! Over the past couple of years we’ve had so many artists ask if we could provide them a projector for their projects, and so far, we haven’t been able to. A gallery projector would also mean we could hold more screenings, presentations, and movie nights!

These two pieces of equipment are vital to Hume’s mission of supporting emerging artists: both those in our studios and those we exhibit. We are a completely volunteer-run space, and depend on the kindness (and cash!) of art patrons like you.

We just need $500! Will you help?
