Our trained crews use state-of-the-art rigs to mix and spray the spray foam. These rigs are highly automated, which means they’re safer and faster than traditional methods. They also help to ensure that your spray foam is mixed and sprayed at the perfect temperature.

The rigs have a large tank that holds a mix of isocyanate and polyol resin. When these chemicals are combined, they react and expand to create a foam that can fill all external space. This provides a much more effective and comprehensive solution than other forms of home insulation.

While spray foam insulation is non-toxic once it cures, it does contain a gas that can cause blurred vision and breathing problems. For this reason, it’s important to wear a mask and full face covering while applying the spray foam.

Traditionally, homeowners have used fiberglass batts to insulate their homes. The problem with this is that it leaves a gap between the attic floor and the roof deck, which allows hot air to escape from the home during the summer and cold air to enter during the winter. When the attic is insulated with spray foam, an air barrier is created, which prevents cold air from entering the home and warm air from exiting.
